Delivery and shipping conditions

1. Delivery area and delivery times
Delivery is available within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.
For deliveries to other European countries, the delivery time is usually 5–10 working days.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during the ordering process.
For orders over [e.g. €29], delivery within Germany is free of charge, unless the goods are delivered by freight forwarding.

3. Shipping methods and logistics partners
Depending on the size and weight of the goods, shipping is handled by our logistics partner GLS.
For large or bulky items (e.g. digital pianos, larger drum sets, speaker systems), shipping is handled by the freight forwarding company DACHSER.
In these cases, separate shipping costs will apply, which will be shown during the ordering process or communicated after individual consultation.
The shipping company will contact the customer by phone or email before delivery to arrange a delivery date.

4. Returns
In the event of a return, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
Free returns are not offered unless there is a legal warranty claim or a defect for which we are responsible.

5. Self-collection
Self-collection of the goods is generally possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance by email or telephone.
